The Ridges
Developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation starting around 2000, The Ridges spans 793 acres along the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley at the foothills of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, making it Summerlin's highest-elevation village. The community is organized into more than a dozen separately guard-gated enclaves, each with its own architectural character, ranging from custom estates on half-acre-plus homesites to more contemporary luxury designs.
At the center of The Ridges is Bear's Best Las Vegas, a public course designed by Jack Nicklaus that recreates some of his most famous holes from other courses around the country. Residents also have access to Club Ridges, a private clubhouse offering a resort-style pool, tennis courts, fitness and pilates rooms, and locker facilities.
