Guard-Gated Living Along Two Arnold Palmer Golf Courses in Summerlin
Red Rock Country Club
Tucked against the base of the Spring Mountains and bordering Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Red Rock Country Club is a guard-gated enclave within Summerlin South built between 1998 and 2003 by Sunrise Colony Company on land acquired from the Howard Hughes Corporation. The community centers on two Arnold Palmer–designed golf courses — the private Mountain Course and the public Arroyo Course — along with a clubhouse of roughly 44,000 square feet.
Homes within the guard gates span several distinct enclaves, offering a mix of golf-course, mountain, and Strip-view lots. Residents have access to club amenities including multiple dining venues, tennis and pickleball courts, swimming pools, and a fitness center.
Where Community Meets Daily Life
Two Arnold Palmer–designed courses anchor the community: the private Mountain Course and the public Arroyo Course, both framed by red-rock and mountain views.
The roughly 44,000-sq-ft clubhouse houses multiple dining rooms, a golf shop, tennis courts, pickleball courts, swimming pools, and a fitness center.
The community takes its name from its neighbor, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, just outside the gates.
