The Gardens

The Gardens is one of Summerlin's earliest built-out villages, with development launched around 2000 on roughly 410 acres in Summerlin South. The village is organized into eight neighborhoods built out by Toll Brothers, William Lyon Homes, Pulte, and KB Home.

The village also hosts the private Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain, a University of Phoenix campus, and the Element Las Vegas Summerlin hotel.
