Kestrel is one of Summerlin's newest villages, perched at the northernmost edge of Summerlin West at an elevation of just over 3,000 feet. Sales began in July 2022, with neighborhoods built by Woodside Homes, KB Home, Taylor Morrison, Lennar, and Pulte Homes.
