Guard-gated luxury and custom estates built around TPC Summerlin's championship golf course
The Hills South
The Hills South opened in 1991 as the second village in the Howard Hughes Corporation's Summerlin master plan, spanning roughly 725 acres in Summerlin North. It grew into eight distinct neighborhoods — Eagle Hills, Tournament Hills, Country Club Hills, Corta Bella, Montaire, Santa Barbara, The Terraces, and Terraces on the Green — two of which are guard-gated.
At the center of the village is TPC Summerlin, a private course designed by Bobby Weed, permanent home of the PGA Tour's Shriners Children's Open since 1991.
