The Paseos
The Paseos is a 768-acre village within Summerlin, with homebuilding beginning in 2003. Situated on some of Summerlin's highest ground west of the 215 Beltway, The Paseos is one of only two Summerlin villages that border the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
More than a dozen neighborhoods, many gated, were built out by seven national builders. The village centers on Paseos Park and the adventure-themed Fox Hill Park.
Where Community Meets Daily Life
Paseos Park anchors the village with sports fields and a tot lot; Fox Hill Park adds a 32-foot climbing tower and disc golf course.
The Paseos sits on some of Summerlin's highest terrain, directly adjacent to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
