The Summit Club
Set on more than 500 acres in western Summerlin between The Ridges and Red Rock Canyon, The Summit Club is a fully private, invitation-only residential golf community developed through a partnership between Discovery Land Company and The Howard Hughes Corporation, announced in 2014 and opened in 2017.
At the center is an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by Tom Fazio, which hosted the PGA Tour's CJ Cup in October 2021. Homes range from clubhouse-style suites to multi-acre custom estates.
