The Cliffs
The Cliffs is one of Summerlin's newer villages, breaking ground in 2015 on roughly 450 acres at the community's southern edge near Hualapai Way and Patrick Lane. The village takes its name from the dramatic ridgeline that forms its western backdrop, and its homes were designed in a "rugged contemporary" style with horizontal rooflines and earthy tones meant to echo the surrounding desert landscape.
Planned for approximately 1,700 homes, The Cliffs has been built out by national homebuilders including Toll Brothers, Pardee Homes, Taylor Morrison, Woodside Homes, and Richmond American Homes. The Regency at The Cliffs, an age-qualified 55+ neighborhood by Toll Brothers, was the first active-adult community in Summerlin.
