We cannot say enough about this team! Mike, Ryan, and Frank were all amazing! There is such a collaborative effort between everyone that we interacted with both the front and back office. Mike spent many hours with us to determine what style of home we wanted and what area of town we wanted to focus on. In addition to helping us find our beautiful home, they have gone above and beyond to help us find a contractor to complete some work we wanted to be done before we moved in. Since we are out of state, Mike and Ryan assisted us in getting a lockbox on the door so the contractors could begin on the house the day after we closed even though we had not moved yet. Everything about our experience with them has been outstanding! We highly recommend them!
Leslie Brant is a professional and very friendly agent. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. She friendly and quiet funny. It was an all around great experience . Buying a home is stressful, but Leslie made it a piece of cake. I highly recommend her if your looking to buy a home.

Mike was the first realtor to pick up the phone and call me in response to my various inquiries, rather than just e-mail with various questions. I gave him the parameters of what I was looking for in a home and he provided a list and route for that next weekend. He made arrangements and we viewed the homes on the list. He took the time to explain pros, cons, as well as the potential for each one based on location, neighborhoods and the present condition of the homes. While we were viewing homes and I was noting likes/dislikes, concerns, etc., he was already in contact with the listing realtors to determine whether credits, repairs, etc. could be part of any deal. As an example, there was a truly horrendous bathroom in a home I otherwise really liked, and he contacted them while we were looking at it to determine whether the price could be discounted to account for the necessary renovation (really, anybody would have had to renovate it). I did place a bid on a home I saw the first day which was accepted. Thereafter the process went smooth with Mike there every step, including when I requested repairs after the inspection and when we had to negotiate price because the appraisal came back beneath the sale price. Although as a buyer you have to set your limits and know when to stand your ground. After closing I misunderstood that Mike was leaving the keys, but he drove across town with no complaint to deliver my keys. He was still very professional but clearly wanted to understand what I was looking for so he could make sure to find the best fit for me.
