The Vistas: European-Inspired Living in the Heart of Summerlin
An 815-acre village of tree-lined streets, resort-style parks, and iconic twin clock towers in Summerlin West
The Vistas
Developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation beginning in 2000, The Vistas was the first Summerlin village built west of the 215 Beltway. Spanning roughly 815 acres, it is organized into more than two dozen distinct neighborhoods, each built out by a different national homebuilder, giving the village a variety of European-inspired architectural styles.
The village's signature landmarks are its twin 48-foot clock towers, which mark the north and south entrances. Combined with the 20-plus-acre Vistas Community Park, a resident-only community center and pool, and the Vista Commons shopping center, The Vistas offers residents a walkable, amenity-rich setting.
