Serene Country Estates

A large-lot, rural-character area in Henderson protected under the city’s Rural Neighborhood Preservation zoning — not a single gated HOA.

Serene Country Estates

Serene Country Estates is a Henderson neighborhood southwest of Green Valley South and northeast of Silverado Ranch. Rather than being one gated, HOA-governed community, it is a designated Rural Neighborhood Preservation (RNP) area under the City of Henderson’s zoning code, covering Sections 4, 9, and 16.

The RNP designation applies two low-density land-use districts — RNP-1 (0 to 1 unit per gross acre) and RNP-2 (1 to 2 units per gross acre) — specifically to preserve the area’s rural, large-lot character rather than allowing standard suburban-density development.

This page reflects only what has been independently verified so far and will be expanded with additional researched detail (schools, amenities, and buyer FAQs) in a future pass.
