Spring Valley
Spring Valley is one of the largest census-designated places in Nevada, spanning roughly 33 square miles across the southwest Las Vegas Valley, about two miles west of the Las Vegas Strip.
The town traces its roots to 1970, when Pardee Homes began developing the area. Residents formally petitioned Clark County to establish Spring Valley as an unincorporated town in May 1981.
