Blue Heron is a Las Vegas custom luxury home design-build firm founded by fourth-generation Las Vegas native Tyler Jones, active for over 20 years. The firm created the trademarked "Vegas Modern" architectural style, characterized by desert-contemporary design, floor-to-ceiling glass, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Unlike a production or tract builder, Blue Heron works per-lot within guard-gated communities across the Las Vegas Valley, offering fully custom homes, semi-custom builds through its "Nexus by Blue Heron" line, and completed move-in-ready spec homes.
